Hi Everyone,
I am Kalilu Dibba, from The Gambia, born on 30 May 1988. I came in Italy August, 2015 and lived in Modena. Recently, I am residing in Rimini. I have attended Gambia College, School of Public Health in 2008. June 2011 I started working as Public Health Officer in Western Region;Banjul, for 4 years before coming to Italy.
In June,2018. I started working at the reception of “Hotel Tiby”,Modena.Due to the fact that i was accepted by the University of Bologna,Rimini Campus in September 2018, therefore i left the job for the University. Activities; Booking, Internship,File management, Registration and Recording of data etc. In early 2017\2018, worked at “Ristorante Lo-Scoglio di Modena”. Activities; Waiter ,Assistance in the Kitchen and general management for the well-being of the restaurant services.
In 2016\2017, I have worked as Assistance Mediator in the Project of “Caleidos Coop Sociale” combined simultaneously with Voluntary services at ” Policlinico Ospedale di Modena”. Activities; Filling forms for Migrants, Traditional Translation,Internship, Organizing and escorting Migrants to “Questura” etc.
My Intention was to continue a degree Programme in Public Health but to the fact that i had developed a strong Passion in Tourism and Business Management, I decided to registered at “International Tourism and Leisure Industries” a first year degree Programme in Rimini Campus, University of Bologna( Unibo). Public Health Activities includes; Vaccination ,Birth certificates registration and Extractions, National Organised Campaign,Health Education on relevant Childhood Illness example, Malaria, Pneumonia, Measles, Yellow Fever etc.
The ” International Tourism and Leisure Industries” Degree covers business topics that interest me the most such as Economics, Finance, International Marketing in tourism, Strategic Management and Communication. And I am anticipating that this “Study Tour” will help me boost my skills and transform them into a more dynamic and lasting impressions in analyzing and solving both theoretical and practical problems that i might face in the future.It will also assist me immensely to embrace opportunities of travel and visit new places such as Facebook,Google,Logitech etc.
