In order to answer to this statement, I’d like to mention some quotes based on The Top 10 Reasons to Work at Google.

Focus attention on pros & cons
On one hand Google has very difficult tesst to enter but on the other hand you can find a company that traits and supports its employees’ in a creative and innovative way.

Hi guys,
I’m Elisa. My academic career started with a high school diploma in languages, after which I applied to the University of Genova where I am about to graduate in Economics and International Shipping. During my university career I have started to deepen my knowledge regarding finance, day by day this subject has intrigued me more until becoming a passion of mine. More specifically I am particularly interested in environmental finance and behavioural finance.
Firstly, I am really fond of nature. I strongly believe that we as a society should become more aware about our environment, and, ‘apply’ this awareness in our daily lives. One of my personal goals is being able to work in the field of finance whilst supporting and encouraging new technologies that could hopefully help exponentially our ecosystem. I am firmly convinced that an increasing number of companies will endeavour a more eco-friendly and sustainable way of managing their businesses to increase exports, also through LCA (Life Cycle Assessment) studies, EPD (Environmental Product Declaration) certifications, etc. This of course, will have a direct consequence on the investments of the company and on the other hand its position in the economy.
Secondly, I hope I will be able to broaden my knowledge and experience about behavioural finance. I personally prefer to avoid ‘creeping featurism’, reason for which one of my favourite acronyms is K.I.S.S. “keep it simple, stupid”. Furthermore, besides studying I also dedicate myself to our family business. We work in the field of hospitality with various venues in Genova, Rome, Florence and Prague. My main task is to manage the personnel in the various structures. Since the moment I laid eyes on this tour I have been very motivated to enter in this project because I feel a strong connection between your ideas and my personal skills and values. I consider myself a good team worker and the opportunity to work in a multi-cultural group with many talented and creative minds is something I look forward to. I am also very self-disciplined and have a good capacity of problem solving.Moreover, I am sure that I could learn something new from everyone, every day.
As regards Elon Musk,he is considered a titan,a visionary and a successful man. On every topic or field on which it expresses itself, it seems to be an open bible. No one seems to have his own level of competence combined with clear vision of change and a long preparation coming from experiences on the market. He is a marketing expert with high-turnover business experiences. Musk does not enter on the market with clear competences of a product but he has an aspiration, a mission. In this context, the last tweet of the Tesla CEO, it can cost him very high fines and it could generate a wider problem: Could we allow news to run freely on the net? Where is the safeguard limit between informing others of what you are doing and harming others if this is not done?
The answer is not easy. On one hand there is the possible limitation of personal and human development, on the other hand there is the extraordinary strength of those who, by skilfully using communication, can obtain enormous advantages even if only from a partially true or even false statement.
In conclusion,I’m reading the biography of Elon Musk and I would like to focus on a personal aspect of the character given by the analysis of his last separation. There is a sentence, in fact, in the book he uses to repeat: “When I was a child, I had a fixed thought: I never want to be alone”. If you’re surrounded by supporters,can you be lonely?
