Hi guys!

I’ve been very happy to have joined with all of you this virtual journey!

I’ve learned a lot: to keep going, to never let anyone saying you’re never success.

Many of the speakers said that they have failed a lot of times before finding themselves.

    And you know?!

I think that failures make us stronger, but not only us. Also our dreams, our weaknesses….

I hope this is not the last time we talk with each other!

    Best wishes,

    Katia Palma.

    Hi guys!

About the point related to “psychological and social” issues connected to smart-working, I think that this type of approach to work can’t be a good choice forever!

We need contact! Both to be stimulated and to be happy!

    Do you agree?

    Hi guys!

Sorry for haven’t written so far.

However, I do really agree with @dariaelena’s though.

And it is for this reason that I really hope to enjoy SVST 2021: I want to prove myself to have the possibilities to do something great in my life!

    Hello guys!
The latest webinar left me speechless.
    I revised myself a lot.
I have had and have also now uncertainties about the future.
Maybe I still don’t have the ability to frame myself in a specific area … however I am sure of one thing: trying to pigeonhole in a specific category doesn’t make sense.
Being young also implies these things: uncertainty, fear, feeling out of place, wanting to be everything and nothing at the same time.

I have always wanted to go to Silicon Valley, to savor a pinch of that resourcefulness that I am still cultivating; also I would like to see with my own eyes people smiling when he leaves work, satisfied with his work and his life.

    See you soon!

    Hi guys!

I was reading some of your posts!

I agree with most of you who say that we must use all the resources we have to reach our dreams.

I also think that our attitude to work make the difference.

    Good evening guys!

Luca‘s speech has been so inspiring for me!!!

I’ve always wanted to do something great in my life, but I’ve also asked myself if I had the right qualifications to realize my dreams….

    Am I good enough?

Luca didn’t attend University. However he succeded.

He also had many failures, but he had a strong motivationand lots of passion for what he was doing.

I really would like to visit Silicon Valley “to breath” its creative air… to feel part of something important…

    I would never stop dreaming!
    The world is our guys!

    Hi everyone!

    How are you?
    Last webinar was really interesting!

However, I something to say about some points we talked about.

First of all, I strongly believe that the “American approach” (as someone has called it) to the world of work is worst than the Italian one.
Infact it does not consider each one’s personality, but only the curriculum!

No one can feel fully realized in this way.

Do we need to be all at the same “standard” to be accepted?

    Obviously not!

    Do you agree?

    Hi guys!!!

Reading some of your topics, I noticed that most of you are asking themselves if distance-learning is usefull and/or can be improved.

I think that this new way of teaching and learning is not as powerfull as face-to-face lessons.

Personally, although teachers make their best to maintain studends’ attention, the online-platform is the problem: it might be more interesting, grafically I mean.

There may be more start-ups facing this problem, trying to create something new and more competitive!

    What do you think about?

    Hi guys!

Today I’ve read some other posts on this forum, which made me think that, as A. Einstein said, “The world as we have created it is a process of our thinking. It cannot be changed without changing our thinking”.

Can you manage this new digital world without changing and opening your mind?

As a young woman, I strongly believe that I must give my contribute to this new world, because acts are what really make the difference.

As my body is that part of the world which my thoughts are able to change, the same thoughts have the power to riform people’s habits.

I’m sharing this thought with you to say that the new marketing business can’t scare us.

Probably we don’t have the right knowledge about the net, start-ups’ world and so on… but we are enterprising men and women.

    Nothing can stop us!

    Good morning @dariaarena,

thanks for the time you spent answering my post.

I completely agree with you. It’s quite impossible to get the best from the digital world without knowing it well.

In this period I’m attending a course about Europlanning, and I’m learning how complex policies and terms can be to search and understand.

Moreover, surfing the net is different from comprehend it!

    Do you agree?

    Have a nice day.

    Hi guys!

    I’m Katia.

I’ve read some of your posts about yourselves and the first conference.

I think, as most of you said, that the digital world is now our present and the future.

Most of us are “digitally prepared”, but are we “practically ready” for this World?

Do we know the risks, the pros and cons of our decisions?

Many Italians realized their American dream -as this course shows-, but not without sacrificies!

Look forward to discuss with all of you about this topic.

    Hi guys!
I’m Katia, a 20 years old student from Genoa.

How inspiring this first conference has been!
Paolo Marenco really left me speechless with his story!

I’ve always wanted to go to study and work in Australia for a period.

As I dream to become an International Diplomat, I’m really concerned in the business of start-ups and, in particular, in people’s approach to them.

I think that, to understand the world and its dynamics, you need to live and comprehend the reality around the Globe.

I agree with Andrea Baldini thought about the difficulties of starting or joining a start-up.

You must be very strong, mentally and physically, to succeed in this field.

You may need a lot money – you probably won’t have at the beginning-, experiences, degrees…
but do you know a thing?

INTELLIGENCE and resourcefulness are the keys to succeed in life. ALWAYS.

I hope to touch start-ups reality with you in America in 2021 and to have the confirm to my opinions.

What do you think about guys?

    Regards,

    Nice to meet you!

I am Katia Palma. I am 20 years old and I am attending the faculty of International and Diplomatic Sciences in Genoa.

I am fascinated by the world in all his aspects!

I am curious, and this attitude has always been the engine of my whole life!

How can I become an International Diplomat? Is this possible?

I do not have the answers to these questions, but I know that I must try to reach my dream job, although the length of the journey!

We will never have enough of life lessons!
