    Good morning everybody
    Yesterday’s conference was really interesting.
The conference focused on the work experience of Mr Arigoni. He told us about an issue that, because our business education, probably we had never considered.
The issue that startupper have when they have to face with the resources managing. Many startupper are professionals without a business background, in that context is important the role that Mr Arrigoni perform. The job of Mr Arrigoni is to create a business around an idea by developing a corporate structure in order to succeed

    hi @albertoconte

If I have to imagine me in some years I don’t see me in a particular position but I see my as part of a well aggregate team. The thing that i’m looking for is the ability to innovate, I always loved the motorsport so if you ask me in what sector of industry I would like to work I reply you in the sport car branch such as Audi Sport, Mercedes AMG or BMW M. I’m also a tech addicted so a tech company would be a very appreciated destination.

    see you all later

Thanks to @domet97 for sharing that video.

I wasn’t aware about the Sander’s story, so i surf the net looking for some more informations. I found out such an inspirational story.

A lot of us won’t try because the fear of failing, and we’re not 30′ yet, but not Mr Sanders. Mr Sanders conscious of his abilities doesn’t give up until he succeed. He had to be a great role model for those who have worked with him

Hi @pietromarenco,  thanks for joining the forum with this interesting activity. I’m going to reply to your question. I start by saying that a lot of statements I’ll do come from the observation of my uncle at work, he own and lead a company that export F&B.

Q1: What is networking? How can you define it?

I think that networking is the activity that we do when we meet people. Networking is meeting new people and maintain relations with already know contacts in order to create a net of people to work it on business opportunities, even eventually.

Q2Why do you (or other people) do networking? What for?

We networking in order to succeed in our business. Every contact can be a potential business opportunity. Thanks to networking activity you can share knowledge and information in order to find profitable opportunities for all the business man involved in that specific deal.

Q3: When do you (or other people) do networking? In what contexts, and for satisfying what needs, do you do networking?

When networking? I think the right question should be: when not networking? You should be able to networking everywhere, from a queue at the coffe shop to an conference of entrepreneurs. Networking is all about opportunities, and be able to see an opportunity and make it a business is the characteristic that make the difference between success and mediocrity.

Q4: How do you (or other people) do networking? Are there strategies that work better than other?

In my opinion the right way to networking is always networking. Networking only in case of necessity could be an error because that could put our competitors in a predominant position. For a good networking you should be able to create ration with people and be able to discover and recognize their potential. If you’re able to recognize the value of the single person you can figured out who one day could be an influential leader and a powerful ally, so it’s important to create life long relationship

Hi Matteo, thanks for this great food for thought. As Italian we have in our DNA the creativity and the mind set for realize our vision, despite the society. Until university the school system doesn’t teach and stimulate you to be an entrepreneur. I bring my personal experience, I studied as dental technician and for all the 5 year of school I had in the ears the word of my teacher: don’t do this job, there’s no job, this job is no longer profitable. For 5 year I was stimulated to not be and entrepreneur, to non create a business activity. My conclusion is that the people who are strong enough to go against this system and stand for their vision are the ones that will succeed in business. It’s not a coincidence that the value of our ideas is recognised abroad

I’d like to add that in 2017 it’s impossible to keep our data safe, we’re in big brother were everything is tracked and checked not only by government but also by multinational company. We’re no longer offline and probably we will never be again

    Hi guys,
I am Ivan Lombardo , I study economics at Upo.
I’m happy to join the conversation, even if a bit late.
My opinion about the use of social networks by the Trump staff is that were a crucial element to the victory.
However I think that there a lot more element that lead Trump the final Victory.
We can’t forgot that he wasn’t face a strong democratic leader as was Obama in 2008he was facing Hilary Clinton. Hilary Clinton was, in my opinion, one of the element that helped Trump during the final rush. Ms Clinton had a very bad reputation among Republicans, to name just something Benghazi.
Analysts have discovered that Ms Clinton was strong inside the Democratic party but not so strong inside the large group of last-minute voters.

Changing topic I really like the in100 idea. I already knew the site thanks to a youtuber. To be honest I was quite skeptical about the concept but since I had the opportunity to heard about it from the founder I became more confident and I ran to register to the website
