Hi all,
Unfortunately yesterday I could not partecipate at the conference, I’m sorry for this.
I’m very happy to taking part of Go to Silicon Valley Virtually, which has shown that one must <span style=”text-decoration: underline;”>never stop</span> when obstacles are found, in this case Covid-19 failed to stop us!
I think that this is the spirit of SVST and fantastic people who work there. All the speakers showed us their open mind that many aspire to:maybe thi is proof that the environment in which you find yourself can change you and make you grow not only from a working point of view. Probably we who are part of this project are already one step ahead of many others, mostly after we interacted with the speakers and within this forum.
All the guests were great but perhaps, for me, Carola Pescio Canale, Luca Prasso and Lara Princisvalle were the most inspiring.
Although you were almost all undergraduates, I found myself well! Unfortunately I was unable to participate in any discussions as I was not very knowledgeable on the subject.
@stefaniatibiletti I will send my profile as soon as possible.Hope that you enjoyed your stay here, like me š
June 30, 2020 at 12:10 #12600Hi guys!
How are you?
First I want to welcome @gianluca-pontoni in this forum! Then I would like to show my approval of what @katia-palma thinks!
Man is and always has been a social animalĀ like he called it Aristotle, by nature it tends to associate with other individuals; so I think that is impossible to have solid relationships exclusively through a screen.
Now – I hope to do something welcome – I want to introduce a new person that I personally respect: Dario Vignali. (https://www.dariovignali.net/chi-e-dario-vignali/). He created one of the first totally Italian <span style=”text-decoration: underline;”>remote companies</span> for <span style=”text-decoration: underline;”>digital entrepreneurs</span> (https://wearemarketers.net/chi-siamo/).
Do you know him? What do you think of this?
June 17, 2020 at 14:52 #12579Hi guys,
I hope youāre all fineā¦
The last webinair was greatful! I learn many tips. Iām trying to study design by myself too. Is there anyone else passionate about design like us? Do you have any advice on books or documents to learn from?
Once again learn by doing emerged, and the most interesting thing in my opinion was work in a field you haven’t studied for at the university. And what do you think about this topic?
A couriosity that I dindnāt know before yesterday is that you can bring your pet at work, so funny.
See you soon, Alex
June 8, 2020 at 10:35 #12547Hello guys,
I hope you’re fine š
I agree with @silviag when she says failure is what keeps her alive and motivated. Failure is also what scares you, so it stimulates you to do your best! If you think you can’t fail, you risk settling for normalcy and mediocrity. Failure is always around the corner but I see it as something positive; there is a proverb that says:
“After a great climb there is a great descent”. .
So I think failure is part of the game.
In the last call I introduced myself saying “I think I’m the youngest member of this project” but I was wrong! I had just read @patrik, welcome!
This forum is very motivating, I love it!
May 27, 2020 at 21:23 #12487Hi everybody!
I read all topic that you talked… there’s a lot of starting point, I’m very happy to be part of this project.
I would like to talk about what @silviag. My school has adapted but I think that distance teaching is not as effective as face-to-face teaching. I noticed that in some subject there’s no difference and it’s even better. But for the subjects I have at the artistic high school, as architecture laboratory, it isn’t so optimal.
In your opinion, how will the situation evolve and how will we adapt the web to future needs?
Unfortunately tommorow I won’t be able to partecipate at the online meeting. I’m really sorry, I will watch it delayed
May 2, 2020 at 16:55 #12165Hi! I hope eveybody are well.
I was unable to participate in the last call :(.What you talked about in it? Have you registered it?
April 10, 2020 at 10:55 #12072Hi everybody!
I would like to introduce myself – Iām Alex Bisetti, Iām 18 years old and I go to the arts high School in Omegna where I study architectures & environment.I have a lot of passion, among all there are photography and graphic design (so I love work on the computer and with technology) as well as nature.
Iām so curious to be part of this project.
I canāt wait to improve my skills and, as far as Iām capable of, to help the others as well!April 7, 2020 at 11:17 #12018Hi everybody!
